Grilled Chili Pork Kebabs recipe

Grilled Chili Pork Kebabs ingredients list:

1 pound of ground pork (alternatively use same amount of beef or lamb).
1 cup of onion, finely chopped.
½ cup of chopped fresh cilantro, lightly packed.
1 tablespoon of melted butter.
1 tablespoon of sliced chilis (jalapenos recommended).
1 teaspoon of garam masala.
½ teaspoon of ground black pepper.
Salt, to taste.

Instructions for Grilled Chili Pork Kebabs:

Combine all ingredients and shape into logs that can be threaded onto skewers.

Cook on the grill, about 2 inches from the heat source, for about 3 minutes on each side. Cook slightly longer for well-done, or slightly shorter for rare.
