3 pounds ground beef
2 onions, diced
2 green bell peppers, diced
4 cloves garlic, smashed

2 (15-ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
1 (6-ounce) can spicy salsa
1 (6-ounce) can bean and corn salsa
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste

Sour cream, cheddar cheese, and avocado, for serving Instructions for Easy Party Chili:1) Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large stockpot over medium; add beef and cook until browned, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Remove beef with a slotted spoon; set aside. Drain pot of excess liquid.
2) Add remaining 2 tablespoons oil to pot; add onion, bell pepper, garlic, chili powder, oregano, and salt. Cook until vegetables are softened, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
3) Add reserved beef, tomatoes, salsas, and tomato paste; stir well to mix. Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce to a simmer and cook, covered, 45 minutes.
4) Season to taste with hot sauce and serve with desired toppings. Notes about this recipe:If you make this chili the night before you'll cut back on cooking time, but most of all, you'll let the flavors come together overnightmaking an even more robust, thick chili.
